FPA 2813883: logging on Whidbey Island, May 6, 2014
Note the quality below of the "blue save tree", not only was it a weak tree to start with, now half it's bark is scraped off and unlikely to survive.
The slash pile grows and grows, I doubt they'll do anything to mitigate the fire risk. The many logging trucks are now starting to leave a mud trail on Smugglers Cove Road
